1 block of non-gmo extra firm tofu
2 tbs avocado oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
pinch of turmeric, salt and chili/cayenne pepper
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Basil/Oregano for garnish (optional)
tbsp of avocado oil(you can substitute with your choice of oil) in a pan, once heated add a tsp of cumin seeds and some turmeric, after a minute add salt and red chili powder(cayenne pepper as per your taste) and let it cook well. To this add 1 tub of extra firm organic non-gmo tofu grated and mix it well. Let it cook on low flame and stir for about 4-5 minutes. Add some fresh basil/oregano and squeeze some lemon juice. Voila you are done!
