Heat a wok and add 3 tsp of sesame oil. Add 3 minced garlic, add 2 chopped,celery stalks broccoli and cauliflower florets(handful) and stir fry them in high flame. After 3-4 minutes add spring onions (3) and stir fry them. Add some chili flakes and jicama slices and saute for another 2 minutes, add colored peppers 1 cup and salt. Stir well, add grated ginger and 2 cups of water or as required and let it cook for a while.
Take a separate bowl & add 2 tsps of arrowroot powder to water and make sure there are no lumps. Add this mixture to the wok and stir it well and turn off the flame. Add sriracha sauce to please your palate
