Jicama Fries

Peel the skin off jicama, chop them into dices and drizzle some cold pressed olive oil, spice mix (dry roasted cumin, coriander, fenugreek and powdered), black pepper, red chili flakes, nutritional yeast and salt! Mix them well, so that all the spices are coated well and let it sit down for 10 mins. Bake these in the oven at 400F for 20 mins and give them a stir and bake them for another 20 mins…yummy!!!
