Mustard Greens/Spinach/Kale mix’ In a heavy bottom pan add ghee/olive oil, add 1tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 red onion, 6 cloves of garlic, 1/2 inch of ginger (finely chopped), 2 green chilies and saute for 3 minutes. Add the chopped greens (mustard, spinach and kale) and saute for a 10 minutes. Mash the greens once they are cooked. Add 1.5 tbsp of almond meal in a small bowl with water and add this mixture and stir it well. Cook for about 5 minutes constantly stirring. Top it up with some ghee
