2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lime or lemon
1/4 tsp salt
6 grape tomatoes – optional
1/8 tsp black pepper – optional
1/4 cup onions (diced) – optional – I don’t use
fresh parsley – optional
fresh cilantro – optional
Cut/pit and mash your avocados in a mixing bowl. Dice up your onions and tomatoes and add them to your avocado. Grate garlic cloves and mix to combine.
Add your spices including fresh parsley and cilantro. Add the juice of one lime/lemon as well.
