Add 2 tsp of sesame oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, white part of the spring onions and asparagus. Add salt & red chili flakes to this and saute for a minute.add the chopped green onions, carrots, snowpeas, cabbage and saute well.add 3 tbs of coconut secrets liquid aminos and chili paste(optional) and salt if required…let this all cook well…for 3 minutes on high flame.add the zoodles…& saute them well…and you are all set 🙂 Optionally you can add peppers(green, red, yellow)
